This November, I’ll have the privilege of joining an extraordinary gathering of leaders, creatives, and changemakers at Worthshop 9, hosted at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.

This November, I’ll be stepping onto the stage at Worthshop 9, a gathering that brings together leaders, creatives, and changemakers at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.

I’ve been invited to take part in one of the conference’s premier sessions, “At the Coal Face: Top Luxury Sales Panel,” where we’ll discuss what it truly takes to succeed at the sharp edge of high-end sales. This conversation goes beyond transactions — it’s about perspective, resilience, and connecting deeply with clients in ways that create enduring value.

I’ll be sharing the stage with some of the most respected names in luxury real estate: Jade Mills, one of the most successful residential agents in the world, and Noel Shaw, known internationally for her expertise in global luxury markets. The panel will be moderated by Malte Kramer, founder and CEO of Luxury Presence, whose work has transformed the way many of us in the industry engage with clients online.

For me, this is an opportunity to reflect on the lessons learned from the front lines of luxury ranch and estate sales. Representing properties in the American West often means telling stories of land, legacy, and lifestyle. Success in this space requires not just understanding the market but being able to articulate the cultural and conservation values that matter to buyers and sellers alike.

Worthshop has a history of elevating conversations that go beyond the surface of sales and marketing. The conference has featured voices from Zillow, Forbes, and leading design firms, as well as authors, entrepreneurs, and creatives. To be in dialogue with such a cross-disciplinary audience is an opportunity to share how luxury real estate is evolving, and to bring the unique perspective of the American West into the conversation.
