Latham Jenkins Ranked Among Top 150 Real Estate Agents Nationally by RealTrends
Jackson Hole broker ranks #149 nationally and #1 in Wyoming based on 2025 individual residential sales volume
RealTrends has ranked Latham Jenkins of Live Water Properties #149 nationally and #1 in Wyoming for individual residential real estate sales volume in its 2026 rankings, based on 2025 production.
Jenkins closed $153.2 million in individual residential sales volume in 2025, placing him among the top 150 real estate professionals in the United States and continuing a record of top-tier production in Wyoming.
The recognition marks Jenkins’ third year as the #1-ranked individual real estate professional in Wyoming, having previously earned the state’s top RealTrends ranking in 2021 and 2024. He ranked #2 statewide in both 2022 and 2023.
A National Ranking Built in Jackson Hole
While the national ranking provides a measure of sales production, Jenkins sees it as a reflection of something more fundamental: the relationships, properties and landscapes that have defined his career in Jackson Hole.
For more than three decades, Jenkins has called Jackson Hole home. His work today focuses on luxury residences, legacy ranches, recreational properties and significant land holdings throughout Jackson Hole and the greater Rocky Mountain West.
“Sales volume is one measure of a successful year, but it isn’t ultimately how I measure the work,” Jenkins said. “The privilege is being trusted with properties that often represent decades of a family’s history and helping owners find the right person to carry that stewardship forward.”
That philosophy is reflected in Jenkins’ approach to marketing distinctive properties. Rather than relying solely on conventional real estate advertising, he focuses on uncovering the story behind a property: its architecture, history, landscape, wildlife, water, recreation and the experiences that make ownership meaningful.
Selling More Than the Property
Jackson Hole’s luxury real estate market is defined by scarcity.
Much of the valley is permanently protected as national park, national forest or other public land. The resulting constraints on private ownership make exceptional properties difficult to replicate, particularly those combining privacy, water, open space, wildlife habitat and views of the Teton Range.
For Jenkins, communicating that scarcity requires going beyond square footage, acreage and amenities.
“The most compelling properties here aren’t interchangeable,” Jenkins said. “There is a reason someone chose that particular piece of land, built that house or held a ranch for generations. My job is to understand that reason and communicate it to the next owner.”
His marketing frequently incorporates original photography and film, interviews with property owners, architects and other people connected to a property, as well as editorial storytelling designed to reach buyers well beyond Wyoming.
The objective is to answer a question that becomes increasingly important at the highest end of the market: Why this property?

Find More Than a Home. Find a Way of Life.
For Jenkins, the national recognition reinforces the philosophy behind the phrase that has long defined his Jackson Hole real estate practice:
Find more than a home. Find a way of life.
The most significant real estate decisions in Jackson Hole are rarely about acquiring a house alone. They can be about creating a place for generations of a family to gather, having trout water outside the door, watching elk cross a ranch in the morning, skiing from home, preserving open space or simply establishing a permanent connection to the Tetons.
Those experiences cannot easily be reduced to a comparable sale or price per square foot.
And that is precisely what makes representing them different.
